Webinar Overview

Powerfully Simple Meetings

It’s no wonder that so many people leave business meetings feeling that their time has been wasted and that they can take nothing away to make them more successful. We’ve all been there as an agenda is read, points are discussed, and everyone is dismissed to their days—or yet another meeting.

Expert Bryan Field believes that meeting can be productive again, and that just by following a few simple steps, that meeting you dread Monday morning can actually be the catalyst for a great week—and maybe even year—ahead.

Learning Objectives:

    • Understand the fundamental challenges with executing productive business meetings
    • Learn a step-by-step process for managing effective meetings
    • Learn to quickly identify and capture your meeting’s intellectual property
    • Build your essential meeting management skills and put them into practice

Want to keep the attention of your audience and get them excited about the topics you’re about to present? Do you need your team’s buy in? Do you want the steps you outline in your meeting to actually be implemented and come to fruition? You’ll be glad you listened in on Bryan Field’s presentation about how to hold Powerfully Simple Meetings that make your business better.
