There's nothing as depressing being overweight or obese. Some point out that depression causes obesity, but others say it does not take opposite. Even researchers have been puzzled over this chicken-and-egg dilemma over the years. But there's no question regarding it - obesity and depression are linked both in adolescents and adults, no one desires to be stuck either in of those unfortunate situations.
